2. Positively influences the growth and development of the industry.
3. Develops initiatives that advance diversity and inclusion. Continues to evolve and excel in an ever-changing industry landscape.
4. Actively supports women's empowerment and professional development.
5. Engages in social responsibility, volunteerism, or community-building initiatives.
6. Champions policies that support gender equality in the workplace.
7. Has demonstrated perseverance and resilience in overcoming challenges.
