- Positively influences the growth and development of the industry.
- Develops initiatives that advance diversity and inclusion. Continues to evolve and excel in an ever-changing industry landscape.
- Actively supports women's empowerment and professional development.
- Engages in social responsibility, volunteerism, or community-building initiatives.
- Champions policies that support gender equality in the workplace.
- Has demonstrated perseverance and resilience in overcoming challenges.
